SPEAKING & HOSTING
Empowering,
Connecting
& Inspiring…
I speak about what I have lived. Reinvention. Voice. The courage to begin before you feel ready. Networking through Sport. Discipline through Sport.
Keynotes, panels, and event hosting that shift perspective, spark real conversation, and leave your audience with a message that stays.
my story on stage
I left a career in law to build a life on my own terms. Along the way, I discovered that my real gift was reinventing my own path and helping others find the courage to do the same.
That journey led me to the TEDx Al Wasl stage, where I shared the philosophy that drives everything I do: Why not me?
Today, I speak at corporate events, conferences, and leadership summits about the things I have lived: finding your voice, stepping into visibility, and choosing to act before you feel ready. I also host and MC events bringing energy, warmth, and real connection to every room.
My talks are more than motivational clichés. They are honest, practical, and grounded in a real story of reinvention. I don’t just tell audiences to be brave. I show them what it looks like to build something from scratch, in real time, without waiting for permission.
I talk about how I learned discipline from sport and how to network through sport. I talk about how your thoughts are important but action is the thing that matters. I talk about how you can break your cocoon of comfort.
Every talk has a message.
And every message is designed to move people to action or to be inspired.

BREAKING BARRIERS IN SPORT
On permission, self-belief, and taking the first step.
Most people are not held back by a lack of talent or opportunity. They are held back by the belief that it is not their turn yet or the wrong timing. This talk explores what happens when you stop waiting for permission and start asking a different question: Why not me?
Drawing on my own journey from law to the TEDx stage, I share the moments of doubt, the decisions that felt too early, and the philosophy that changed everything. This is a talk about courage, momentum, and the power of beginning before you feel ready.
Audiences walk away with:
A shift in how they think about readiness, permission, and self-belief. A framework for moving from ‘someday’ to ‘today.’ The energy to take their next step whatever that looks like.
Best for:
All-company events, keynotes, leadership summits, conferences, women’s networks, and audiences in transition.
On unmuting your voice and stepping into visibility.
We all build cocoons of comfort: safe spaces made of overthinking, waiting, and avoiding the uncomfortable. This talk, rooted in my TEDx AlWasl talk, explores what it takes to break out of yours: to unmute your voice, step into visibility, and show up consistently before the fear disappears.
This is not about toxic positivity or pretending to be fearless. It is about building the discipline of daily action, trusting your voice even when it is unsure, and understanding that confidence id a result for taking the next steps.
Audiences walk away with:
A new understanding of what is actually holding them back. Practical strategies for breaking patterns of avoidance and hesitation. The confidence to take visible action in their work and life.
Best for:
Corporate teams, leadership development programmes, personal growth events, keynotes and any audience that knows they’re capable of more.
On building a life and career on your own terms.
I was a qualified lawyer in the UK with a path that looked impressive on paper. I walked away from it. Not because I failed, but because I realised the life I was building was not the life I actually wanted. This talk is for anyone who has ever felt that tension, the gap between the path that makes sense and the path that feels right.
I share the honest, sometimes messy reality of reinvention: the doubt, the in-between, the moments where nothing is certain but everything is possible. This is not a highlight reel. It is a real story about building something from scratch and proving that your next chapter can be your most powerful one.
Audiences walk away with:
Permission to question the path they are on. A realistic picture of what reinvention actually looks like. The belief that it is never too late and never too early to begin.
Best for:
Entrepreneurship events, career transition programmes, women’s leadership events, university audiences, school audiences and anyone navigating change.
On how the way you speak shapes the way you lead.
Your voice is not just how you communicate but how you lead, how you build trust, and how you create impact. This talk explores the relationship between voice and influence: why some leaders command a room while others struggle to be heard, and what it actually takes to speak with clarity, conviction, and presence.
This is the talk gives audiences insight and inspiration. This talk changes how people think about their own voice.
Audiences walk away with:
A new understanding of voice as a leadership tool. Awareness of the habits that undermine their presence and credibility. The inspiration to invest in how they show up and speak up.
Best for:
Corporate leadership events, executive offsites, sales and client-facing teams, keynotes and professionals who need to communicate with impact.
On turning connections into opportunities
Some of the most meaningful professional relationships are built on the golf course, on the tennis or padel court, and in the moments between play. This talk explores how sport creates a unique environment for connection, one that breaks down barriers, builds trust faster, and turns casual encounters into lasting partnerships.
Drawing on my own experience of building a career and community through golf and sport, I share practical strategies for using sport as a platform for networking, business development, and relationship building whether you are a seasoned player or a beginner.
Audiences walk away with:
A new perspective on sport as a business and networking tool. Practical strategies for creating meaningful connections in informal settings. The confidence to use sport, at any level, as a platform for professional growth.
Best for:
Corporate networking events, business development teams, sales conferences, sports industry events, and organisations looking to build client relationships through sport.
On empowering women and creating inclusive spaces in sport.
Sport has the power to transform lives, build confidence, and create community. But for too long, too many spaces have not been designed for everyone. This talk is about what happens when we challenge that, when we create room for women, for newcomers, and for anyone who has ever felt like they do not belong on the golf course, the tennis and padel court, or in the room.
From co-founding OpenRound Golf to advocating for inclusivity across the sport and business landscape, I share what I have learned about breaking barriers: that representation matters, that access changes everything, and that the most powerful thing you can do is make space for someone who has never been invited before.
Audiences walk away with:
An understanding of why inclusivity in sport matters far beyond the game. Inspiration to champion diversity in their own organisations, events, and communities. Practical ideas for creating spaces where more people feel welcome to participate, compete, and connect.
Best for:
Women’s leadership events, DEI programmes, sports industry conferences, corporate inclusion initiatives, and organisations committed to creating more equitable spaces.
